Maxime Grimard has been the director for business development since 2014.
Creative and adventurous, Maxime has marked his by travels and his thirst for knowledge, which led him to become interested in others and different cultures. He is pleasant, and his richly diverse experiences have helped him develop a different view of the world around him.

His curiosity pushed him to complete an MBA in South America after successfully completing his first experience at Groupe Esprit de Corps during his masters in international negotiations at a renowned school of management in France. A passionate and hard worker, Maxime is involved in the highest level of various associations, and coaches and plays basketball, all of which have helped him develop an interest in entrepreneurship and team work.

Today, he is the founder and president of the ATLAS sailing team of passionate sailing entrepreneurs wishing to develop entrepreneurship in Quebec. Courageous, audacious, and a good listener, Maxime is constantly evolving through different roles among those offered by Esprit de Corps, whether it be as project leader, consultant, or leadership and team building coach.
